We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Dry Cleaning Plant Manager who understands both the technical side of garment care and the importance of creating an outstanding customer experience. Position Overview The Dry Cleaning Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, production workflow, quality control, staff management, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a dry cleaning plant, strong knowledge of fabrics and stain treatment, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so we are looking for someone who leads with professionalism, accountability, and care. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the dry cleaning plant Oversee production flow, spotting, cleaning, pressing, and finishing Ensure garments meet company quality standards before delivery Train, supervise, and motivate plant staff Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment Handle customer concerns and garment issues with professionalism Monitor workflow, productivity, and turnaround times Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs/maintenance when needed Ensure proper handling of specialty garments and delicate fabrics Uphold exceptional customer service standards across all departments Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a dry cleaning plant or garment care operation Strong knowledge of fabrics, stain removal, garment finishing, and cleaning processes Previous management or supervisory experience preferred DLI Certification preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within the company Supportive and professional work environment Employee discounts Opportunity to help shape and improve operations To apply, please send your resume and relevant experience to [your email] or visit us in person.
