We own the full robotics stack from high-performance hardware and robot systems to the infrastructure and state-of-the-art foundation world models that control our robots. Our robots are designed to be generalists capable of operating in complex, real-world environments and handling long-tail edge cases, made possible by our cutting edge research and end-to-end system design. We've raised over $450M and are investing aggressively in model research, infrastructure, hardware development, and manufacturing scale-up to make generalist robotics a reality. As Senior TPM for Industrial Programs, you own operational readiness and process rollout to support hardware delivery and customer shipment commitments. You manage supplier coordination, unit ramp planning, and scale-up execution, from early prototype builds through high-volume production. You are the connective tissue between hardware development, supply chain, certification, and commercial launch. You ensure that quality, readiness, and compliance standards are met at every transition gate, from prototype validation to production at scale. What You'll Do Lead operational readiness and process rollout to support hardware delivery and customer shipment commitments. Manage supplier coordination and unit ramp planning across prototype, pilot, and production phases. Own scale-up execution from initial builds through high-volume production, tracking yield, throughput, and quality targets. Drive certification and compliance processes, sequencing regulatory approvals to avoid downstream delivery bottlenecks. Coordinate handoffs between prototype validation and commercial launch, ensuring quality and readiness standards are met. Build and maintain supplier scorecards, production readiness reviews (PRR), and manufacturing milestone plans. Partner with engineering and operations to identify and mitigate supply chain risk and factory capacity constraints. Define process controls and documentation required for repeatable, scalable production output. What You Bring 7+ years in technical program management, operations program management, or supply chain program leadership. Experience managing hardware ramp programs from prototype through production, ideally in robotics, consumer electronics, or industrial equipment. Strong understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) processes, supplier qualification, and manufacturing readiness reviews. Demonstrated ability to manage certification and compliance schedules (CE, UL, FCC, or equivalent) across complex programs. Track record of coordinating multi-party supplier relationships under aggressive production timelines. Excellent data-driven communication skills; able to synthesize production metrics into clear executive-level reporting. Nice to Have Experience with contract manufacturing (CM) partnerships and offshore supplier management. Familiarity with robotics or electromechanical systems manufacturing.
Lean / Six
Sigma or equivalent operational excellence background. Prior work in a startup environment scaling hardware from 0 to 1,000+ units.
Compensation Range:
