Job Description

Job Description This Technical Program Manager will support modular products and other data center design-to-manufacturing initiatives, with a strong focus on scheduling, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across multiple concurrent projects. The role will act as a central liaison between engineering, suppliers, and design partners, helping drive milestones from early design concepts through pilot builds and limited manufacturing runs. Responsibilities include tracking milestones derived from engineering drawings, supporting skidded electrical equipment programs (including PLC-adjacent workstreams), running recurring program meetings, and ensuring suppliers and external design partners remain aligned to committed timelines. The TPM will also provide program-level support to technical leadership by managing communications, consolidating documentation, and reducing execution bottlenecks across mixed-discipline workstreams. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
