RiteScreen/FlexScreen is growing — and we're looking for a hands-on production leader to join us at a genuinely exciting time. This is not a clipboard-and-conference-room role. We need someone who is comfortable on the floor, earns the respect of their team by showing up alongside them, and knows how to drive real results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. What You'll Be Doing As our Production Supervisor, you'll own the performance of your value stream from the floor up.

That means:

Leading daily operations with a clear focus on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets Driving a genuine culture of continuous improvement — running kaizen events, coaching Lean principles, and eliminating waste in real time Managing labor plans, production schedules, and team priorities across your shift Conducting Gemba walks and keeping performance metrics visible, meaningful, and acted upon Developing your team through coaching, cross-training, and building accountability at every level Presenting performance data to internal leadership and participating in customer and supplier visits as needed Enforcing a strong safety culture in full compliance with Cal/OSHA and California workplace regulations What We're Looking For 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams and driving results on the floor Strong Lean manufacturing background — you know the tools, you've used them, and you can teach them A natural communicator who connects equally well with frontline team members and senior leadership Bilingual in English and Spanish — required to effectively lead our diverse California workforce Analytical and data-driven — comfortable with metrics boards, Excel, and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering strongly preferred Working knowledge of Cal/OSHA and California labor requirements Someone who leads by example, rolls up their sleeves, and holds themselves to the same standard they hold their team Why RiteScreen/FlexScreen RiteScreen/FlexScreen is a growing, multi-site manufacturing company with a clear vision and the momentum to back it up.
