Core Requirements:

10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience. Proven success leading plant operations within complex manufacturing environments.

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience within aerospace, defense, metals, or highly regulated manufacturing environments. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred. The successful Plant Manager will serve as the senior operational leader for a complex manufacturing facility, with full accountability for plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce engagement. This role is responsible for driving operational execution, developing high-performing teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that improve throughput, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Working cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and program leadership, the Plant Manager will lead efforts to strengthen operational discipline, optimize manufacturing performance, and support long-term business growth within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Direct all manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant performance aligned with SQDC objectives Lead operational improvement initiatives focused on productivity, equipment reliability, throughput, and process stability Build and develop strong operational leadership teams through coaching, accountability, succession planning, and workforce development Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives utilizing KPI management, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies Partner with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management, to support customer commitments and operational priorities Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence throughout the facility CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
