This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in developing experience in manufacturing operations, customer coordination, and aerospace program management. This role supports customer programs, production coordination, scheduling, and communication between departments within a fast-paced AS9100-certified aerospace machining environment. Training will be provided for motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow within manufacturing operations and program management. Responsibilities Assist with tracking customer orders, production schedules, and job status updates Support coordination between Production, Quality, Purchasing, Shipping, and Planning departments Help monitor delivery schedules and customer priorities Assist with organizing customer documentation, job records, and revision-controlled files Support follow-up activities related to open jobs, scheduling updates, and customer requests Assist with ERP/MRP system updates and production tracking Help prepare spreadsheets, reports, and status updates Support internal meetings and follow-up action items Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams Follow company quality standards, safety policies, and PPE requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related fields are a plus Prior manufacturing or aerospace experience is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Microsoft Office experience required, especially Excel and Outlook ERP/MRP system exposure is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and grow within manufacturing operations Compensation $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Opportunities for growth and advancement Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) Career development opportunities Work Environment This position works in both office and manufacturing floor environments.
