We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure consistent achievement of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals. This role requires a hands?on leader who can balance labor, equipment, and materials while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Operational Performance

• Own and drive KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Production Oversight
• Manage day?to?day operations, ensuring production schedules and customer requirements are met. Team Leadership
• Supervise production staff, promote accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Continuous Improvement
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Equipment & Reliability
• Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to maximize equipment uptime. Change Management
• Lead teams through operational changes and sustain improvements.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing metrics, dashboards, and daily management systems. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.
