full-time Manufacturing Manager Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field 5+ years of industrial manufacturing leadership experience. Proven track record of driving manufacturing KPIs and improving production performance. We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure consistent achievement of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals. This role requires a hands?on leader who can balance labor, equipment, and materials while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Operational Performance

  • Own and drive KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Production Oversight
  • Manage day?to?day operations, ensuring production schedules and customer requirements are met. Team Leadership
  • Supervise production staff, promote accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Continuous Improvement
  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Equipment & Reliability
  • Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to maximize equipment uptime. Change Management
  • Lead teams through operational changes and sustain improvements.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing metrics, dashboards, and daily management systems. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks. Excellent analytical, problem?solving, and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range (depending on experience).
