Job Purpose We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager with 5+ years of experience. This role encompasses manufacturing project management, process development, product improvements, test system development, mechanical/electrical/software integration testing, and instrumentation controls. This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. Duties and Responsibilities Manage manufacturing projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met Develop, document, and continuously improve assembly processes, procedures, and in-process inspection protocols Lead system integration and testing of products prior to customer installation Design, develop, and oversee test systems used in production Support customer site installations as needed Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accuracy and consistency Coordinate inventory logistics, production planning, and procurement activities Integrate and validate instrumentation and controls across mechanical, electrical, and software systems Collaborate effectively with engineering, scientific, assembly, machine shop, customer, and administrative teams Identify opportunities for product improvements and drive them through to implementation Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline is a plus 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Ability to articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, be organized, and be highly driven and self-motivated Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members on a collaborative basis Must be comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced, challenging work environment Cryogenics experience is a significant plusStatus:

The annual salary range is between $100,000 and $175,000. Salary range accounts for variations in education, skills, and relevant experience.
