full-time We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at our Guilford, CT facility. Our facility is an industry leader in flexible packaging, label printing, and converting , with specialized expertise in RFID-enabled labels and pressure-sensitive labels serving a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional who can drive production performance, quality, safety, employee development, and continuous improvement across the facility. ???? Key Responsibilities

• Lead all production and plant operations
• Develop and manage production and operating schedules
• Oversee raw materials, manufacturing, customer service, facility maintenance, safety, finished goods, and shipping
• Lead staffing, employee relations, training, and workforce development
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Monitor production standards, budgets, material costs, waste, throughput, and overhead
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
• Review and maintain quality assurance programs for raw materials and finished products
• Ensure compliance with

OSHA, EPA, DOL, EEOC

, and other applicable regulations

• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and start-up of new equipment ?

??? What We're Looking For ? 10+ years of manufacturing management experience ? Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) ? Experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging, or label manufacturing is a plus, but not required ? Strong leadership, administrative, financial, technical, and production management skills ? Knowledge of modern quality assurance and continuous improvement practices ? Experience managing employee relations, staffing, and training ? Understanding of labor, environmental, health, and safety regulations ? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MRP systems, and production/inventory control systems ?
