Job Description
About the Role United Concrete Products is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our precast concrete manufacturing facility. You'll own safety, production, quality, and profitability while leading a team of 8-12 employees. What You'll Do Lead all daily plant operations: production scheduling, batching, casting, curing, finishing, and shipping Drive a zero-incident safety culture and ensure

compliance Maintain
PCI/NPCA
certifications and ensure products meet specs and DOT standards Manage plant P&L, budget, labor costs, and raw material inventory Oversee preventive maintenance for batch plant, cranes, forms, and yard equipment Hire, train, and develop supervisors and hourly staff Partner with sales, engineering, and project management to meet customer deadlines What You Bring 4+ years of manufacturing management experience, including 3+ years in precast/prestressed concrete Proven P&L and budget responsibility Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, formwork, reinforcing, and curing Track record of improving safety, quality, and on-time delivery Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Bonus points:
