Role:

by a growing plastic injection molding company to identify their next Manufacturing Manager. Our partner client supports a customer base, including Fortune 500 OEMs, that are leaders in the medical device, defense, homeland security, and technology industries. As the Manufacturing Manager you will oversee the entire 3-shift production operation. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining product quality, and leading a high performing production staff. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred - Will consider non-degreed candidates with relevant experience 5+ years of progressive leadership/management experience in a manufacturing environment 5+ years of plastics molding experience - plastic injection molding experience highly desired Preference to candidates with experience working for small to mid-size companies, medical products, and engineering grade resins Hands-on leader who can connect with employees at all levels of the organization
