Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with milling and tuning machines, and familiarity with production processes including set-up, programming, quality control, floor management, and quoting. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure smooth workflow. Supervise and lead a team of 50+ employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards. Provide hands-on guidance on milling and tuning operations. Oversee setup, programming, and quality assurance processes. Assist with quoting and other operational tasks as required. Report directly to the CEO and support strategic production goals.
Requirements:
10-15 years of industry experience, preferably in manufacturing or machining. Practical experience with milling and tuning machines. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and floor management. Ability to manage a large team and drive results with a strong, assertive personality. Flexible and willing to handle varied tasks as needed.
