Relocation package available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Develop and manage the weekly production schedule to meet customer demand Direct and supervise personnel across roll forming, MIG welding, and robotic welding lines Optimize equipment utilization and staffing for efficient, high-throughput operations Ensure quality standards are met before shipment Ensure on-time shipping performance and coordinate with logistics/customer service Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement Maintain a safe, organized plant floor Qualifications Proven experience managing a metal fabrication or manufacturing plant Hands-on knowledge of roll forming equipment, MIG welding, and robotic welding systems
Preferred:
working knowledge of roll formers, including setup, tooling changeovers, and troubleshooting
Preferred:
familiarity with CRCQ and HRPO steel specifications, including how different gauges/grades run through forming and welding equipment Strong scheduling, personnel management, and quality control background Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
