Job Description Job Description MD Turbines, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our aircraft parts storage and shipping facility. This role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient management of inventory, including aircraft engine parts, engine stands, and associated materials. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in aviation logistics, and a proven track record of maintaining operational excellence in a warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and implement the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with
FAA/EASA/UK
regulations, customer contracts, and ISO/AS standards. Supervise the QA team, including inspectors and auditors. Lead internal and external audits, addressing findings and driving corrective actions. Develop and maintain quality policies, manuals, and procedures. Liaise with regulatory agencies and customers as needed.
Qualifications:
FAA A&P license or strong background in aviation quality. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management in an MRO environment. Thorough understanding of FAR Part 145 and QMS standards. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
