Full-time We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations in a polymer extrusion manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production performance, driving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe, high-performing team. Responsibilities Manage daily extrusion production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery goals. Lead and develop production supervisors, operators, and support staff. Monitor KPIs including throughput, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery. Partner with maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Drive training, accountability, and standard work across the production floor. Support process optimization for polymer extrusion equipment, tooling, and line performance. Qualifications 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in plastics, polymer, or extrusion environments. Strong understanding of extrusion processes, production scheduling, and plant operations. Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Solid problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization preferred. Ability to analyze production data and make sound operational decisions. $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
