You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for the Microelectronics Center team. Our team is responsible for managing a diverse group of Make Hardware Representatives and Material Processors to ensure seamless product flow across multiple programs in the Missiles and Fire Control - Orlando Microelectronics Center. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading daily coordination between manufacturing, engineering, and quality to meet changing priorities and schedule milestones. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Coordinate daily activities with manufacturing, engineering, and quality counterparts. Provide status updates to all levels of management. Attend and contribute to program and manufacturing meetings. Assign personnel to support internal operation plans and critical schedule milestones. Report directly to the Orlando Site PP&C Senior Manager. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance Understand the management of budgets. Ability to assign projects to organizational unit by leading staff to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and time sensitive technical or operational issues. Green Belt certified OR ability to demonstrate knowledge and principles of green belt certification put into practice Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, and internal and external customers. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills Related experience in material handling, control systems and ERP systems (SAP)

Desired Skills:
