full-time Pacific International has been exclusively retained by a global manufacturing leader that is looking to bring a Plant Manager into a key site. This organization is looking for someone to own day to day operations across production, safety, maintenance, engineering, and full P&L while driving transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own site P&L and present performance metrics to members of the senior leadership team. Identify areas for improvement through data tracking. Implement immediate and long-term strategies such as automation integration. Drive a safety-first operating culture. Drive employee engagement and adoption of new processes. Set clear production, quality, environmental, and reliability targets aligned with site goals and customer commitments Build organizational capability by hiring, developing, and retaining technical and leadership talent; ensures workforce engagement and performance alignment Champion operational excellence and promotes continuous improvement, equipment uptime, lean methodology, and data-driven decision making to remove inefficiencies and constraints Maintain a strong presence in the plant - engaging regularly and authentically with employees at all levels.
