Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of plant management, ensuring seamless production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. As a key leader, you will foster a culture of operational excellence, team collaboration, and safety, all while optimizing productivity and supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations. Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement strategies to enhance process efficiency. Manage production scheduling, planning, and resource allocation using ERP systems such as SAP and MRP tools to ensure timely delivery of products. Oversee supply chain management and logistics coordination to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and streamline supply chain analytics. Supervise plant staff through effective team leadership, cross-functional communication, and performance management initiatives. Utilize manufacturing management systems and Excel data analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and develop corrective actions. Drive quality control programs by establishing rigorous standards for product assembly, mechanical integrity, and process improvement efforts. Skills Extensive experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of manufacturing management systems. Proficiency in
SAP, ERP
systems, MRP software, and supply chain analytics tools for effective operations oversight. Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma certification preferred, with a focus on process improvement and waste reduction. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration across departments, and communicate effectively at all levels. Mechanical knowledge combined with expertise in production scheduling, assembly processes, and quality control protocols. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making support. Familiarity with supply chain management practices including logistics optimization and inventory control strategies.
