Kness Mfg. Co., Inc., a family-owned manufacturing company, in Albia, Iowa is seeking a Plant Manager at its Albia, Iowa location.

Responsibilities:

managing and directing all factory operations including quality, accuracy, performance standards and safety with appropriate subordinates purchasing of factory and product materials to meet production demand inventory tracking and control product costing including annual budgeting for product cost employee hiring, relations and scheduling OSHA compliance, training and reporting

Experience:

7-10 years in a manufacturing environment experience in plastic and metal manufacturing a plus effective communication, motivation and leadership skills analytical math and critical thinking ability PC literate including spreadsheet creation and utilization knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus CAD experience a plus Kness Mfg.
