We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee plant performance and connect on-site operations with the company's investors and other stakeholders. Position summary The Plant Operations Manager will work directly with plant supervisors to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations. This person will oversee process performance, material logistics and operational reporting while helping the team identify and implement improvements. Key responsibilities- Coordinate directly with plant supervisors and support the day-to-day operation of the facilities.
- Monitor plant performance and ensure processes and equipment are functioning properly.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and optimize production processes.
- Oversee inbound and outbound material logistics.
- Track, analyze and report operational KPIs.
- Prepare performance updates, reports and presentations for investors.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the link between investors, management and on-site employees.
- Support the resolution of operational and technical issues. Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience managing industrial plants, facilities or complex operational projects.
- Degree or professional background in engineering, process engineering, business administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with operations management, process improvement and KPI reporting.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing solutions.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Basic conversational Spanish is preferred to facilitate communication with on-site employees.
