Job Description

The Role:
Established in 1947, LA Aluminum Casting Company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality turnkey aluminum castings. Located in beautiful Hayden, Idaho, we supply castings to a variety of industries nationally including aerospace, commercial, dental, and military.
Summary:
Increase and enhance sales revenues and company profitability through strong customer relations, targeting appropriate market segments and selling high value castings. This position is responsible to increase and enhance sales revenues and company profitability through strong customer relations, targeting appropriate market segments and selling high value castings. Assisting customers on a daily basis while helping to meet monthly sales goals.
Principal Responsibilities:
Develop and execute short and long-range marketing plans, programs, forecasts, and budgets to ensure sustainable growth of the Company. Identify measurable monthly and annual sales goals/objectives with supporting plans and coordinate the efforts with all appropriate functional departments in support of these goals. Demonstrate active leadership in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends, bidding opportunities, value added services, etc. Provide exceptional customer service to all current and potential customers. Develop and keep current the appropriate marketing materials to support Company vision and marketing goals. This includes the website, presentations, email marketing, etc. Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and correspondence with customers and potential customers. Qualifications and Education Requirements B.A. degree in sales, marketing, or similar discipline Must have demonstrated success in previous sales positions Experience in management advantageous Computer literacy (ppt, excel, docs, project mgmt. tools, CRM, reporting) Knowledge of Foundry, manufacturing or engineering related fields a plus
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of sales, marketing, budgets, and customer expectations Excellent leadership and professionalism Great communicator, problem definer and solver, with good core values The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures Must have strong written, verbal and presentation skills Good organizational skills
Schedule:
Typical work week is Monday - Thursday with some Friday's as required on site. (not a remote position) •

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
