Lead the day-to-day execution of external contract manufacturing operations by serving as the primary operational link between MAB support functions, co-manufacturing/ co-packing partners. The role ensures customer demand is translated into executable production and supply plans while driving accountability, proactively resolving risks, and delivering service, quality, cost, and inventory objectives
Accountabilities:
Run multi-site co-packing network and support Customer Co-manufacturing operations as needed. Deliver service, quality and cost objectives; resolve disruptions with urgency Identify, recommend, onboard and manage suppliers, and ensure they adhere to specifications while monitoring supplier performance / deliverables Work with other departments, such as quality control, supply chain, finance, logistics and operations to mitigate any business risk. Monitor costs to ensure that budgets and forecasts are met, ensure that all supplier-related documentation is accurate and that suppliers understand their expectations Support co-packing network agreements and
Innovations Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
Responsible for $30MM in annual spend / ~20-MM cases Deliver Co-packing network KPI's (schedule attainment, customer complaints, Right at first time, OTIF, etc.).
Own:
Day-to-day co-packing network manufacturing execution and issue / conflict resolution Innovation sourcing Cross-functional operating rhythm from forecast through shipment
Influence:
New co-packers Establish clear ways of working between co-packing / re-packing and MAB functions
Veto:
Co-packers request that do not conform with contract terms
Critical Stakeholders & Relationships:
Operations, Finance, Quality, Tech Services, Engineering, R D, Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics Qualifications, Education, & Experience:
Degree or diploma in related field (e.g. , Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management) 8+ years of Food, beverage, CPG manufacturing / Operations and Supply Chain experience

Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
