Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire plant's production activities, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and safety standards are maintained. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and foster a high-performing team environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact on manufacturing excellence and operational success. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production management, quality control, safety compliance, and maintenance. Develop and implement production schedules Oversee the Quality Management System Foster cross-functional communication among departments such as cost estimating, production and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations. Lead team development efforts by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to manufacturing staff while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence. Requirements Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of Quality Management systems. Demonstrated expertise in production scheduling, process improvement methodologies such as Lean management or Six Sigma, and supply chain analytics. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in machining , quality control standards, and operations management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel data analysis Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management or related field; advanced certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred. Ability to analyze complex data sets for decision-making purposes and implement innovative solutions that enhance plant performance. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
