About the Role We're looking for a Director of IT - Manufacturing Systems to lead technology strategy and application delivery across Production Operations and Finance. This senior technology leader will serve as a strategic business partner, identifying technology needs, driving ERP and application modernization, and ensuring critical manufacturing and business systems support operational growth and efficiency. Responsibilities Partner with senior business leaders to identify current and future technology needs and translate them into scalable solutions Lead ERP transformation initiatives focused on modernizing business processes, strengthening data governance, and improving operational efficiency Oversee enterprise applications, including Oracle ERP and custom-built business applications Lead application maintenance, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support across the enterprise Manage departmental budgets, resources, and technology investments to maximize ROI Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team while driving accountability, development, and succession planning Provide technology thought leadership and guide innovative programs that improve business effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Solutions Design, Business, or equivalent experience 10+ years of information systems experience, including 5-7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience Proven experience leading ERP transformation programs and enterprise application modernization Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and technology investments Bonus Qualifications Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business If you're interested, please apply now or contact Ellena Yeo at ellena.yeo@talentinternational.com .
