Zing Recruiting is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the surrounding Warsaw area for a dynamic Value Stream Manager who wants to take ownership, lead people, improve processes, and make a measurable impact. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity overseeing approximately 30 employees on 1st shift across multiple manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of manufacturing supervisory or management experience Proven ability to lead and develop production teams Mechanically inclined Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production metrics Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience Working knowledge of OSHA and manufacturing safety practices

Responsibilities:

Own safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and performance across the value stream. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and increase profitability Monitor KPIs and communicate results to leadership Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and HR Help develop and sustain a strong Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
