In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100 th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Production Manager in our Olathe, KS office! This individual will be responsible for day-to-day directing and monitoring operations of the production departments, including supervision of staff, equipment maintenance, resolution of problems, inventory, work priorities, scheduling of production, quality, deadlines, communication with other work teams and recommendations for improvement to processes, morale, teamwork and safety.
Job Requirements:
Responsible for day-to-day directing and monitoring all production operations, including supervision of staff, maintaining and executing production schedule, equipment and inventory maintenance, resolution of problems, work priorities, and quote reviews Be highly organized and have the knowledge to create production schedules, oversee production processes and ensure the best quality product is produced in the department while maintaining a safe and clean work environment Manage production cost and provide yearly update to cost matrixes Provide timely and accurate cost estimates for sales team Conduct scheduled inventories Perform troubleshooting and maintenance Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
