What You'll Do Support digital transformation strategy and AI/data analytics initiatives across manufacturing systems Coordinate Industry 4.0 readiness planning alongside the Automation Program Lead Partner with the Business Readiness Manager on enterprise manufacturing systems alignment What We're Looking For Background in digital transformation, AI strategy, and data analytics Experience with Industry 4.0 and enterprise manufacturing systems Comfortable operating on large capital pharma/biotech or advanced manufacturing projects
