You'll take ownership of day-to-day plant operations, working closely with supervisors and production teams to ensure quality, safety, and delivery targets are achieved. What You'll Be Doing- Lead day-to-day plant operations across production teams
- Support and develop supervisors across multiple shifts
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
- Monitor productivity, quality, labour, materials, and equipment performance
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to keep production aligned with business needs
- Mentor and develop employees to support long-term growth and succession planning What We're Looking For
- 6-8+ years of plant, production, or manufacturing leadership experience
- Background in heavy manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
- Engineering, industrial, or related technical qualification preferred
- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
