About Our Client My client was established over 50 years ago, they are a subsidiary of a much larger company. They develop high quality automotive products that service customers worldwide. Job Description The Production Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work with continuous improvement efforts, driving change and processes on the manufacturing floor Complete plant planning, product flow and manage the overall flow if operations Manage several direct reports including two area managers, several supervisors and production employees Utilize their ERP system This is a 3 shift, 24/7 operation so the Production Manager must be open to being on site for extensive hours, if needed. The Successful Applicant The successful Production Manager will: 7-10 years of industry experience 5+ years of management experience Experience working in a high volume manufacturing environment, ideally in the industrial industry Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment, implementing changes and driving continuous improvement efforts Have a strong background with ERP systems What's on Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package 401K with company match Full health insurance including medical, dental and vision Generous PTO 11 paid holidays Great company culture
