Job Description The Production Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work with continuous improvement efforts, driving change and processes on the manufacturing floor Complete plant planning, product flow and manage the overall flow if operations Manage several direct reports including two area managers, several supervisors and production employees Utilize their ERP system This is a 3 shift, 24/7 operation so the Production Manager must be open to being on site for extensive hours, if needed.
