West Side House, located in Worcester MA, is a 60-bed Traumatic Brain Injury Center. We have been family owned and operated, servicing the health care needs of seniors for nearly 50 years. We specialize in Short Term Care, Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation. West Side House is seeking an energetic
Plant Manager Job Summary:
Responsible for all mechanical work and repairs of the building, including fire alarm system, firefighting equipment, boilers, electrical system, plumbing system, refrigeration system, dietary equipment, painting, carpentry, or interior and exterior structure of the building and landscaping of the grounds, snow removal including plowing and sanding. Responsible for safety and security programs of the facility. On call for building emergencies outside of business hours. Practice positive resident relations by demonstrating hospitality and service standards to residents, families, guests and the public. Three+ years in plant operations and maintenance is necessary. Any advanced training or two to five years' experience in the construction trades is desirable. Active driver's license and clean driving record required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Salary:
$60,000 - $65,000 annually
