Major Responsibilities:
Leads overall program execution, coordinating schedules, priorities, deliverables, and customer commitments Coordinates cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams Translates customer forecasts and requirements into actionable build plans and production schedules Coordinates production activities across assembly, testing, and external manufacturing operations Tracks WIP, throughput, and build status to support efficient execution and on-time delivery Monitors availability of key components and materials and escalates potential supply risks Supports the transition of key manufacturing processes from external suppliers to internal production Ensures adherence to defined processes, work instructions, and documentation requirements Coordinates issue tracking and resolution with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams Supports implementation of production planning, traceability, and change management processes Coordinates logistics, material flow, and shipment readiness to meet customer commitments Tracks key program metrics including on-time delivery, build efficiency, throughput, and rework Supports new product introductions, process validation, and production readiness activities Provides cross-functional support to ensure successful execution of customer programs in a rapidly evolving environment Actively supports company mission, vision, values, and operational excellence initiatives Actively supports 5S and Safety programs across manufacturing operations Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred 3-5 years of experience in process, project, manufacturing engineering, operations, or other related technical roles within a manufacturing environment Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting product development and production Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements and forecasts into actionable production plans Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with MS Office products Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment Strong commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and hands-on problem solving Experience with production planning, program management, supply chain coordination, or manufacturing operations is a plus Experience in thermal systems, heat transfer, or advanced manufacturing environments is a plus
