FCA Group The Inventory Manager is responsible for management of the Key Performance Indicators associated with material inventory activities including: Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Forecasting, Stock Coverage, Gross Working Capital Float Management. This role directly impacts the plants performance through KPI management, process improvements and training and development management. This individual is the subject matter expert regarding material inventory management. The Inventory Manager participates in and promotes lean Stellantis Industrial System activities.
Expert in applicable systems including:
Receiving, CMIS, MLM Dashboard Responsible for adherence to governing procedures and process audits Responsible for plants' success in meeting or exceeding KPIs associated with inventory management Lead for training and development activities including industry best practices and technology standards Responsible for improving inventory processes for optimal performance and cost-efficiency Interacts with all levels of the organization including bargaining and non-bargaining, hourly and salary employees as well as executive leadership EOE/Disability/Veteran At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
