Troy, MI About the Role We're looking for an Engraving Manager who takes full ownership of safety, quality, and throughput in a high-output sign and branding manufacturing environment. This role sits inside our Manufacturing Division and supports production for both Signarama Troy and National Branding. If you hold yourself and your work to a high standard and want to be part of a team that builds real things for real clients, this is your seat. What You'll Own Safety compliance — every shift, no exceptions.

PPE, OSHA

standards, equipment inspection, and clean workspaces are baseline expectations. First-pass quality — you verify your own work before it moves downstream. Out-of-spec work stops with you. Schedule execution — you know your daily priorities, you communicate capacity issues early, and you help the team hit its commitments. SOP adherence — every job runs to the work order and spec.
