Job Title:
Production Manager Job Description The Production Manager is responsible for leading a best-in-class manufacturing team with a focus on teamwork, quality, and productivity. The role involves serving as a Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement champion, ensuring compliance with Quality System requirements, and adhering to environmental, health, and safety policies. Responsibilities Hire and manage a top-performing manufacturing team for all products. Establish goals, oversee cross-training, and create a highly motivating environment. Collaboratively engage with the Operations and Quality team using Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement. Work with the Supply Chain team to establish production and capacity planning. Optimize product handling, workflow, and line balance. Assist in the design and execution of ongoing cross-training programs. Establish, report, and respond to key performance measures. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree or higher. 5+ years of experience as a Production Manager in a medical device environment. Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles. Excellent team player, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Ability to work independently. Proficiency withMicrosoft Office:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Paylocity or Ease is a plus. Work Environment The position involves managing a team with assemblers starting at 5 am, working four 10-hour days. The role typically requires a 5-day workweek, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with potential for earlier start times to align with the assembler team. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Burnsville, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110000.00- $150000.00/yr. 2026 Benefits Summary Medical Insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) Aware Network (open access) High Value Network (primary and secondary care in state) o Company pays 90% for single coverage premium (80% for family coverage) o In-Network services
- covered at 100% after deductible is met o Out-of-Network services
- covered at 50% o $4,200/person ($8,400/family) calendar year deductible for in-network services o $10,000/person ($20,000/family) calendar year deductible for out-of-network services Dental Insurance (Mutual of Omaha) o Participating Provider = deepest discount of services o Provider that does not participate = patient is responsible for difference between maximum allowable o Company pays 90% for single coverage premium (80% for family coverage) o $50 deductible per covered person each coverage year not to exceed three (3) times that amount ($150) per family for the remaining covered services.
- 14 days wait period o 60% of weekly earnings up to 11 weeks o 1,500 per week maximum benefit Vision Insurance (Mutual of Omaha/Eye Med) o Company pays 90% of monthly premium (80% for family coverage) o Eye Med-Target, Optical, Shopko Health Savings Account (Health Equity) o Funds in the account may be used for current medical expenses, including expenses that the health insurance plan may not cover o Opportunity to contribute pre-tax dollars through payroll withholding o No "use it or lose it" rules•balance carries forward from year to year o 2026 contribution limits are $4,400/individual and $8,750/family•over 55 extra $1,000 Flexible Spending Account (Health Equity) o Allows a fixed amount of pre-tax wages to be set aside for qualified expenses including childcare or uncovered medical expenses o The amount set aside each year must be determined in advance; there is a $500 carryover maximum at year end o The 2026 FSA contribution limit is $3,400 for health FSAs; the Dependent Care FSA (also known as Dependent Care Assistance Plan) limit is $7,500 for single, married filing jointly/head of household.
