About the Role The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring jobs stay organized, on schedule, within budget, and meet YB Construction's quality standards. This position will work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and company leadership to keep projects moving efficiently and resolve issues before they impact production. Responsibilities Oversee production and progress across multiple commercial construction projects Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors Monitor project schedules, deadlines, budgets, and overall job progress Ensure labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors are properly scheduled Review project plans, scopes of work, and construction schedules Identify potential delays or production issues and develop solutions Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and quality Ensure work meets company quality standards and project specifications Help coordinate subcontractors and maintain accountability for schedules Communicate project updates and concerns with company leadership Assist with resolving field issues, change orders, and scheduling conflicts Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients Help improve company-wide production processes and efficiency Ensure projects are properly closed out and completed to client expectations Qualifications Previous experience in construction management, project management, production management, or a similar role Commercial construction experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project coordination Ability to oversee multiple active projects simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and understand construction plans and project documents Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working both in the office and on active jobsites Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of projects and knows how to keep people, schedules, and resources moving in the right direction.
