Project Management Production Manager Eden Prairie, MN | Direct Hire | $70-80k | Day Shift (7:30 am - 4:00 pm) Konik is partnering with a high-end custom fabrication and large-format productionpany to add a Production Manager to their team. This role is responsible for leading daily production operations across multiple shifts, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bridge the gap between CNC technology and manual fabrication while building a high-performing, accountable team.

Production Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily production operations across day and second shift teams (15-20 employees total) Serve as a player-coach on the floor, learning and supporting all production processes to drive efficiency and quality Coordinate production schedules with project management to meet aggressive turnaround timelines Troubleshoot CNC cutting equipment and fabrication processes, including drag knife and oscillating knife systems Maintain and enforce quality standards aligned with high-end custom fabrication output Implement and uphold OSHA and internal safety protocols across the production floor Develop and manage production metrics, quotas, and performance expectations to improve throughput and profitability Maintain a clean,anized, and "tour-ready" production environment Train, mentor, and develop team members while fostering accountability and consistency

Production Manager Qualifications:

2+ in production supervision or management Experience in large-format ing, POP display, or custom fabrication environments is preferred Direct experience with CNC cutting systems (Zund or similar preferred) Strong ability to read and interpret production drawings and technical specifications Hands-on experience with shop tools and fabrication processes (adhesives, cutting tools, assembly methods) Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
