Nashwauk, MN Position Summary Seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead plant operations in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving safe, efficient production, improving operational performance, leading production teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations and ensure production targets are met. Lead, mentor, and develop production personnel. Drive operational efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts. Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize plant performance. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Qualifications 10+ years of production leadership experience in manufacturing, mining, metals, mineral processing, or other heavy industrial environments. Strong leadership and team development skills. Experience improving production performance, efficiency, and reliability. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
