Cross‑Functional Collaboration + Partner closely with Technology Development (TD) , R D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless product lifecycle execution. + Provide strong manufacturing input during early development to enable design for manufacturability (DFM) and robust scale-up strategies. People & Capability Development + Lead, coach, and develop Manufacturing Technology teams to build strong technical depth and execution capability. + Strengthen manufacturing technology competencies across Spectrum sites, including standardization and best practice deployment. + Foster a culture of accountability, technical rigor, and collaboration. Governance & Execution + Support portfolio execution through disciplined project management, risk identification, and mitigation for manufacturing-related activities. + Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience Required + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline with 15+ years of industry experience, ideally in the medical device manufacturing industry. + Significant experience in medical device manufacturing technology, process engineering, or industrialization within regulated manufacturing environments. + Demonstrated leadership in new product scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing capability development . + Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. + Experience within Healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing sectors. Preferred + Advanced degree (MS, Ph.D.) in Engineering or Science. + CDMO experience in plastics + Proven track record of leading global or multi-site manufacturing technology teams.
