Job Description

Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, product management, marketing and manufacturing to develop new market opportunities for Remanufacturing products and Buy/Sell products for medium and heavy-duty vehicles. Works closely with Plant Manager to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties.
Qualifications Required:
Qualification 1: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Engineering or equivalent - master's degree preferred. Qualification 2: Seven to ten years' experience in product management and/or marketing - preferred. Qualification 3: Must be able to read, analyse, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Must be able to write technical publications that conform to prescribed style and format. Must be able to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers and various internal Haldex departments. Qualification 4: Interacts with sales, product management and external customers to determine necessary support materials for product growth. Includes sales brochures, F & B, and customer specific materials. Qualification 5: Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends in the industry. Recognizes channel and specific customer opportunities and develops programs to maximize sales and profits. Qualification 6: Interfaces with customers on a regular basis to provide product line updates, technical assistance, and present product/marketing programs. XJ6
