You will work across a variety of lidar processing and mapping tasks, delivering high-quality geospatial products for a diverse portfolio of clients. Comfortable working both independently and alongside an established team, you set a high bar for quality—not only in your own production work but through quality-control functions you perform across the group. As a self-starter, you take ownership of production management, continually looking for ways to improve and innovate our workflows. You are also able and willing to discuss project status and technical details directly with clients, building lasting relationships through consistent, reliable delivery. Most of all, this is a role built for someone who wants to grow into leadership. You will start as a technical expert and, as you demonstrate impact, take on progressively greater ownership—leading tasks and projects, managing budgets and delivery, mentoring teammates, and ultimately building and guiding a team of your own. We are invested in developing our people, and we will give you the support, autonomy, and opportunities to advance as far as your ambition and ability will take you. What You'll Do Perform lidar processing and mapping across a variety of tasks and projects for multiple clients. Deliver production work to a consistently high standard of quality and accuracy. Perform quality-control (QC) functions on production work across the team. Manage your own production—planning, prioritizing, and tracking work to meet schedules and deadlines. Identify and drive improvements and innovations to geospatial workflows and processes. Work independently while collaborating effectively with an established production team. Communicate project status and technical aspects directly with clients when needed. Build and strengthen client relationships through dependable project delivery. Grow into task and project management, financial management, and supervision of direct reports. What You'll Bring Demonstrated, hands-on experience in lidar processing and mapping. A strong commitment to quality, with the ability to perform QC on your own and others' work. Self-starter mindset with proven production-management and time-management skills. A continuous-improvement orientation—curiosity to refine and innovate workflows. The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Clear, confident communication skills for discussing status and technical detail with clients. Interest in growing into project management, financial oversight, and supervisory responsibilities. Your Path to Grow & Lead This position is designed as a launchpad. As you establish yourself, you can step into responsibilities such as: Task and project management—owning schedules, resources, and delivery for your own projects. Financial management—managing project budgets, scope, and profitability. Client leadership—serving as a trusted point of contact and growing accounts through great delivery. People leadership—mentoring, supervising direct reports, and helping build a high-performing team. Please note that Wilson & Company is not currently sponsoring applicants for work visas.
