DOE Overview Go Fast Campers (GFC) is built on a foundation of quality, adventure, and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a Production Manager who will lead and develop our production team, ensuring a safe work environment, adherence to high-quality standards, and the achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities Safety Leadership :

Promote GFC's Safety Culture. Ensure all team members are trained in and comply with OSHA regulations, company health and safety policies, and best practices.

Quality Control :

Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols. Ensure all products consistently meet or exceed GFC's quality standards throughout the production process.

Production Management :

Oversee the execution of production schedules, ensuring that production deadlines are met in alignment with sales demands. Manage the daily operations across multiple production areas: Fabric Town, Machine Town, Laser Town, Small Parts/Fulfillment, and Final Assembly.

Process Optimization :

Continuously improve workflows, systems, and technologies to enhance production efficiency. Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

Cross-Department Collaboration :

Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and Finance to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Keep all departments informed about production progress and any adjustments.

Escalation Management :

Act as the primary point of contact for all production-related issues. Ensure quick, efficient resolutions, minimizing disruptions to the production schedule. Leadership & Team Development Lead by

Use production data and feedback to refine processes, elevate team performance, and ensure that goals are consistently met.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum 3 years of production management experience, ideally in the outdoor, automotive, or manufacturing industries. Experience in customer service roles is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in MRP, ERP, and production management software. Familiarity with AirTable or similar database management tools is a plus.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to engage effectively with team members at all levels and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Process Optimization:

Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and scale production workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience with overlanding, truck accessories, or outdoor gear is a plus.

Pay:
