Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to identify process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Monitor manufacturing operations through data analysis in Excel and supply chain analytics to optimize workflows and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control procedures, and environmental standards across all production activities. Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance teams to streamline processes and resolve operational issues swiftly. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, leading root cause analysis, and applying process improvement techniques. Requirements Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, including familiarity with manufacturing management systems such as SAP or equivalent ERP platforms. Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production scheduling, assembly processes, and plant management practices. Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies like Lean management or Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.
