We are a growing machining and fabrication company with 25+ years of success serving industrial and manufacturing clients across the U.S. We are

We're hiring a Manufacturing Manager - (CNC Manager/CNC Supervisor) to lead our machine shop team, drive throughput, and push continuous improvement. What You'll Do Supervise, coach, and grow a team of CNC machinists. Manage daily schedules to ensure full machine utilization and on-time delivery. Lead in Fusion 360, CAD/CAM programming (Mazak & G-code a plus). Train machinists on setups, tooling, processes, and safe practices. Troubleshoot programming/equipment issues and step in hands-on when needed. Stay up to date on the latest CNC tooling technologies to improve productivity. Drive out-of-the-box problem-solving and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to cut downtime. Conduct performance reviews with constructive feedback and recognition. Promote a positive, accountable, and ISO-compliant culture. What We're Looking For 5+ years of CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, multi-axis). 2+ years in a CNC leadership or supervisory role. Strong programming skills (Fusion 360 required; Mazak/G-code a plus). Knowledge of setups, tooling, fixtures, and machining processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Organized, efficient, and able to prioritize multiple jobs. Innovative thinker who embraces new tooling and smarter methods.

DOE Schedule:
Monday - Thursday (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM), Some overtime required
