Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Lead plant operations to achieve safety, production, quality, and financial performance goals. Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, equipment utilization, and resource planning. Develop, coach, and support teams to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure customer needs, operational priorities, and business objectives are met. Monitor plant performance metrics and implement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead plant operations and achieve business performance objectives. Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities. Knowledge of operational planning, budgeting, production management, and continuous improvement practices. Ability to analyze performance data, solve complex problems, and make sound business decisions. Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
