Job Description
Liberty & Plenty Distillery of Durham, NC is expanding into larger, more efficient operating distillery in Wilson, North Carolina. Wilson is located 40 minutes east of Raleigh, NC & Greenville, NC. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and strategic Senior Distillery Production Manager to launch and lead operations at our brand-new, state-of-the-art production facility in Wilson, NC. This advanced facility pairs a continuous column still and doubler setup for high-volume efficiency with a 750-gallon batch pot still for artisanal blending.
In this senior leadership role, you will develop operating procedures for smooth operation of distilling operations. You will translate commercial targets into an optimized master production plan, oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our diverse portfolio (bourbon, whiskey, rum, vodka, gin, and liqueurs), and engineer scalable workflows. As a department head, you will architect, hire, and mentor a world-class production team from the ground up, ensuring absolute liquid quality, manufacturing safety, and cost efficiency.
