Full-Time About the Role Titanium Fabrication Corporation (TiFab) is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead fabrication projects for defense, chemical, and oil & gas customers. In this role, you'll manage projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in scope. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented project leader with manufacturing experience who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and serve as the primary customer interface throughout the fabrication lifecycle. What You'll Do Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute projects Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements with stakeholders Develop and manage detailed project schedules and timelines Track progress and adjust plans to meet delivery targets Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using structured processes Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during fabrication Oversee material procurement and vendor purchasing as needed Support Quality Control and Purchasing functions when required Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation Must-Have Skills and Experience Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and project execution Working knowledge of fabrication, machining, or industrial production environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Nice-to-Have Skills Formal Project Management training or certification Engineering degree or technical background Knowledge of welding and machining processes Experience with military specifications or defense contracts Who You Are Hands-on project manager comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Strong communicator who can interface with customers and internal teams Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through Able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Collaborative and solution-focused
