Responsibilities:
Create and Maintain T&A for each category Data entry for team as needed CTL - Testing submissions for each phase (lab dip, shade band, pps, top) Create/maintain CTL library of all submits, reports and swatches. Review/Prepare Pre production samples and TOP samples for Walmart PD approval comments Item Creation through 1 World Sync (data pool) Supplier Quotes through Retail Link (step 2 of item creation) Create/Order Trims packaging for vendors for all categories. This will include reviewing/approving the context Maintain Supplier Profile in system. This includes setting up new factories, checking for next audit assessment dates etc.
Required qualifications:
Great attention to detail. Must have strong product knowledge. Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database administration. Excellent organizational, oral and written communicational skills. Have a distinctive feeling for fashion. Ability to work in a team environment. Previous Production experience is a plus.
