What You'll Do Lead day-to-day production operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Supervise, coach, and develop production team members Monitor production schedules, capacity, and workflow to meet customer demand. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and throughput. Partner with manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve production issues. Ensure adherence to standard work, work instructions, and operational procedures. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, scrap, labor efficiency, and output. Support training, cross-training, and workforce development initiatives. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company standards. Participate in NPI readiness, ensuring production teams are prepared for new product launches. What You Need Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of production or operations experience in a manufacturing environment. 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement. Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting (SAP experience is a plus). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in electro-mechanical or industrial product manufacturing. Formal Lean/Six Sigma training or certification. Background in high-mix, low-volume production environments.

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
