Duties High volume photography is only possible with team leaders who are able to step up and make sure a delivery date never slips. The core roles of the Pre-Production Manager position are: Team Management - This position requires a leader with a diverse skillset and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. The core duties and requirements include:
  • Ensuring all job materials are prepared, ready, and on time for the Photography staff
  • Well-developed leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to problem solve and make on-the-fly changes Database Management - In order to deliver 1,000,000 pictures a year (it really is that many!), you need a rock-solid database foundation. This area of responsibility focuses on:
  • Working with Account Managers to get all required information ahead of each Picture Day
  • Integrating school provided data with our internal workflow and systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must, VBA experience is a plus Generalist - For a small team, it's essential that everyone know their department inside and out. The Pre-Production Management position is no exception, and will be expected to:
  • Work directly with Facilities Director for timely delivery of printed materials
  • Master all aspects of their team's duties and responsibilities

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
