We specialize in four areas including custom machinery, precision fabrication, automated systems for medical device manufacturing, and contract manufacturing. Keller delivers sophisticated manufacturing solutions for many industries including Engineered Materials, Semiconductors, Robotics, Chemicals, Medical and Life Science, Energy Research, and Industrial Technologies. We are currently seeking to fill the following position for our Buffalo location.
MANUFACTURING PLANNER
We are looking for a highly motivated, well organized, team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. High degree of ownership, and desire to make those around you better. The successful candidate will be able to plan projects of various sizes and complexities, utilizing good computer skills, and have experience using an ERP system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a summary of the Primary Job Responsibilities. Develop and structure manufacturing sequences into an ERP system Develop comprehensive parts and equipment lists to be loaded into an ERP system May be asked to assist in evaluating and monitoring project budgets and cost initiatives May be asked to with interface customers as needed Work with other departments to plan and organize parts and equipment Monitor adherence to all company policies including safety and ISO Standards
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and/or knowledge of welding and fabrication Experience in an environment that fabricates custom equipment and industrial machinery Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook) Must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills Proven experience working in a fast paced, high energy environment Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing planning
EDUCATION
